I wonder if meditation were rebranded as “Sharpening Awareness”, more people would earnestly try it. It’s a form of “Sharpening the Saw”, as Stephen Covey instructs us to do. And a militaristic culture like America’s would adopt this as an apocalyptic survival tactic.
